Each area has a DC rate of land

That is the minimum rate in government papers

If you have got land at Rs. 100 per marla then government fee and FBR tax will be levied as per this DC rate.

There is a fee of about 4% on agricultural lands in Punjab

And if you are a filer, one percent tax

And non-filers will be taxed at 2%

One percent of departmental expenses are for water

All of this is extracted at a percentage rate

That is, six to seven percent of the total DC rate is spent

اور نان فائلر پر دو فیصد ٹیکس لگے گا

ایک فیصد ڈیپارٹمنٹ والے خرچہ پانی لیتے ہیں

یہ سب پرسنٹ ایج سی ریٹ پر نکالا جاتاہے

یعنی ٹوٹل ڈی سی ریٹ کا چھ سے سات فیصد خرچ ہو جاتا ہے
