ان کا کیا مطلب ہوتا ہے۔

جب ایک بندہ مختلف مصنفوں کی تحریر ان کے ریفرنس کے ساتھ لکھتا ہے تو اسے کیا لکھنا چائیے؟؟

اور بعض جو لکھتے ہیں

" اس تحریر کے جملہ خقوق بخق مصنف مخفوظ ہیں"

اس کے لیے تحریر کو کہیں register کروانا پرتا ہے؟؟

01_تحریر کا مطلب ہوتا ہے تحریر کے سامنے جس کا نام لکھا ہے وہ اس بندے کی اپنی لکھی ہوئ ہے.

02_جب کسی تحریر کے ساتھ ترتیب و انتخاب لکھا ہو تو اس کا مطلب ہوتا ہے کہ تحریر میں معمولی سی تبدیلی یا پیراگراف اوپر نیچے کر کے کسی اور کی تحریر لکھی ہو تی ہے. مطلب رہی نیو کی ہوتی ہے. جس نے یہ کام کیا ہوتا ہے آگے اس کا نام ہوتا ہے.

03_جب کسی تحریر کے ساتھ ترجمہ و تلخیص لکھا ہوتا ہے تو اس کا مطلب ہوتا ہے کہ تحریر کسی اور زبان میں تھی اس کا ترجمہ کیا گیا ہے اور تفصیلات دی گئ ہیں. جس نے یہ کام کیا ہوتا ہے آگے اس کا نام ہوتا ہے.

04_جب ایک بندہ مختلف مصنفوں کی تحریروں کو ملا کر لکھے تو بندے کو ترتیب و انتخاب لکھ کر اپنا نام لکھنا ہوتا ہے.

05_"اس تحریر کے جملہ حقوق بحق مصنف محفوظ ہیں"

اس کا مطلب ہوتا ہے کہ اگر کوئ بندہ تحریر نقل کرتا ہے یا نقل کر کے اپنا نام ساتھ لگا کر پیش کرتا ہے تو اس کے خلاف مصنف کو قانونی کاروائ کا حق حاصل ہے.

مختلف مصنفوں یعنی کتاب وغیرہ سے کوئی مخصوص موضوع ہے جس کی تلاش سے ان مصنفوں یا ویڈیوز کے علم سے اگر آپ کوئی تحریر لکھتے ہیں تب آپ " تحریر و تحقیق " لکھ سکتے ہیں.... آخر میں جو مآخذ ہیں ان کا حوالہ بھی دے دیں تو یہ اچھی بات ہے ....
